Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dustbusters of Destin™ platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dustbusters of Destin™ provides an online platform for booking residential and commercial cleaning services in the Destin, FL area. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

All prices are estimates and may vary based on the actual size, condition, and complexity of the job. Your cleaner will confirm the final price before work begins. For bookings over $300, a 50% deposit is charged at booking and the remainder upon completion. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information. Any abuse of the platform, including spam bookings, harassment of cleaners, or attempts to circumvent payment, will result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

This entire platform — including its booking system, cleaner portal, loyalty program, application workflow, UI design, and all associated software — is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Dustbusters of Destin™, LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use in whole or in part is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dustbusters of Destin™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
